The Mt. Shasta is CRKT’s smallest and most pocketable model with 2.375″ blades. They’re ideal for everyday carry.
We began with our powerful InterFrame locking liner construction in an easily cleaned open build, with nickel chrome plated zinc alloy scales featuring an aircraft-style drilled “skeleton” design. Weight is reduced without compromising the exceptional strength. The dual liners are 420J2 stainless steel. Handle is designed with an extended guard, generous size and bead-blast finish to give you extra gripping power. Friction grooves at the lock and on the blade spine improve grip in wet and icy conditions.
The high-carbon, 420J2 stainless steel blades feature a rugged modified drop point shape and bead-blast finish. Blade grinds are engineered to retain maximum thickness at the tip and through the length of the spine. This blade is built for real work. Triple-Point™ Serrations are available on all sizes.
Integrated into the design is the patented* LAWKS® safety, which effectively converts your folder into a virtual fixed blade when the lever is slid forward— very reassuring when you are using your knife for difficult and tiring tasks.
Double-grooved ambidextrous thumb studs allow you to comfortably open or close the blade with a single, smooth, one-handed motion, aided by the lubrous washers at the blade pivot which guarantee continued smoothness.
All fasteners are Torx®, proven superior in initial assembly and owner maintenance, such as tightening the pivot screw for proper blade tension after years of heavy, sustained work loads.
The convenient stainless steel clothing/gear clip is easily removable, attached with three Torx fasteners.

About the Forged By War® program
In 2013, Ryan Johnson of RMJ Tactical, designer of elite, military, tactical tomahawks, approached CRKT® with the news that he had been working with a few combat veterans that had returned from war with varying degrees of post-traumatic stress (PTS).
To help work through their challenges, they have been designing and forging steel into custom tools. Drawing from their experience earned in combat situations, they have been creating tools they wished they had available to them in the battlefield.
CRKT® cares deeply about our returning veterans and we saw a way to give back to the community that created them. In 2016, we launched the Forged By War® program.
These are mission ready tools, designed by veterans, with a portion of the proceeds donated to the veterans’ charity of choice.

The CRKT RBT (Range Bag Tool) features a 1.875″ part serrated blade made of 5Cr13 stainless steel, .072″ thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 51-53, and a hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. This CRKT Tool has stainless steel InterFrame construction with ribbed black Zytel scales, 2.625″ closed, CTC shield inlay, flat and Phillips screwdrivers, .028 and .050 Allen wrenches, and a bottle opener. A removable stainless steel pocket clip is included with this CRKT Tool. The CRKT RBT has an overall open length of 4.5″, and it weighs 2.8 ounces.

To disassemble the Homefront when the knife is in the closed position, push the front release lever away from the blade, then spin the turn release wheel on the rear of the handle away from the pivot shaft—once you feel the handle release, pull it up and away from the blade. Reassembly is as easy as reversing the procedure, allowing for practical, quick maintenance where you stand.
From his shop in Kaneohe, HI, Ken Onion designed the tactically inspired, everyday carry Homefront knife to stay true to its vintage roots. The bayonet lug-style flipper sets off the smooth open action of the 3.5″ modified drop point blade, while tank jimping on the backstrap sits snugly against your palm.

The handles are made from black glass reinforced nylon and house an impressively beefy German 1.4116 stainless steel blade. The M16® Z everyday carry series was designed by Vine Grove, Kentucky’s legendary custom knifemaker and retired Sgt. Major Harold “Kit” Carson. After years of crafting knives for military use, he answered the call when it came to creating one for the civilian population. Now people everywhere have a blade that’s ready for the line of duty in whatever capacity they see fit.
An affordable everyday carry knife, the M16®-10KZ features a dual hollow grind tanto-style blade available in plain edge and Triple-Point™ serrated edges similar to our “Big Dog” tactical M16® models. The result is maximum blade strength and ability to saw through cord, webbing, nets or vegetation quickly. It also comes loaded with a distinctive black frame and hardware with a non-reflective tactically inspired look. But at this price, you won’t feel guilty if you leave it at a job site somewhere as night sets in.
The blade opens easily when you need it most. Just put your finger on the Carson Flipper. Flick your wrist. Then it all locks into place with the automated liner safety that automatically actuates when the blades is open. It’s goodbye folder and hello fixed blade when locked. You’re safe and sound and ready to go.
To close the knife, pull the red buttoned safety lever back, slide the locking liner over, and fold the blade into the closed position. The handle features easy-to-grip glass-reinforced nylon scales and a stainless steel lined InterFrame. Assembled with glass-reinforced nylon back spacers and Torx® fasteners as well, the handle is rigid and offers excellent toughness and resistance to solvents. A one position, stainless steel pocket clip rounds out the features. Hold on and be ready to put this knife through anything.
