The Mt. Shasta is CRKT’s smallest and most pocketable model with 2.375″ blades. They’re ideal for everyday carry.
We began with our powerful InterFrame locking liner construction in an easily cleaned open build, with nickel chrome plated zinc alloy scales featuring an aircraft-style drilled “skeleton” design. Weight is reduced without compromising the exceptional strength. The dual liners are 420J2 stainless steel. Handle is designed with an extended guard, generous size and bead-blast finish to give you extra gripping power. Friction grooves at the lock and on the blade spine improve grip in wet and icy conditions.
The high-carbon, 420J2 stainless steel blades feature a rugged modified drop point shape and bead-blast finish. Blade grinds are engineered to retain maximum thickness at the tip and through the length of the spine. This blade is built for real work. Triple-Point™ Serrations are available on all sizes.
Integrated into the design is the patented* LAWKS® safety, which effectively converts your folder into a virtual fixed blade when the lever is slid forward— very reassuring when you are using your knife for difficult and tiring tasks.
Double-grooved ambidextrous thumb studs allow you to comfortably open or close the blade with a single, smooth, one-handed motion, aided by the lubrous washers at the blade pivot which guarantee continued smoothness.
All fasteners are Torx®, proven superior in initial assembly and owner maintenance, such as tightening the pivot screw for proper blade tension after years of heavy, sustained work loads.
The convenient stainless steel clothing/gear clip is easily removable, attached with three Torx fasteners.

Like all Blurs, the 1670NBSWX is equipped with a big, slightly recurved blade that’s ideal for multitasking. The blade shape offers both excellent slicing and piercing capabilities. The Blur’s inset liner lock ensures secure blade lock up during use.
For easy one-handed opening, the Blur is equipped with SpeedSafe® assisted opening. Just push on the built-in Thumb Stud. The reversible pocket clip lets you carry tip-up or tip-down comfortably.

The Kershaw Leek just may be the ideal EDC. With its 3-inch blade, the Leek is a good-sized knife, but not too big. The slim design makes it easy to carry and its razor-sharp blade of high-performance Sandvik 14C28N means it can take care of a full range of cutting tasks.
The blade is a modified drop-point, so it’s a good slicing knife, while the slim tip gives it piercing capability and the ability to do detailed work. For a partially serrated blade, choose the 1660ST Leek. Like other “Onion” knives, the Leek features the SpeedSafe ambidextrous assisted opening system.
Whether you’re left-handed or right-handed, just pull back on the blade protrusion or push outward on the thumb stud and the Leek’s blade is ready to go to work. Kershaw Fraxion 1160. This contemporary and stylish knife has been designed by Danish custom knife and toolmaker, Jens Anso. He has designed the handle to have G-10 scales and carbon fiber overlays. This is a fantastic way to enhance beauty and make this knife lightweight- a fraxion less than most knives this size. The black wash finish on this 2.75 inch blade will help keep everday scratches to a minimum. The steel is made with 8CR13MoV with a black-oxide BlackWash finish. This does open the good old manual style- KVT manual opening- but there is a small flipper on the back as well. The Fraxion will be one knife you can not be without. Pocket clip can be changed from left to right. Even though this knife is a manual folder, it opens just as fast as an assisted opener thanks to the flipper on the back of the handle. In fact one of our staff mistaken this knife for an assisted opener when unpacking it for the first time!
