Zero Tolerance Knives
The original, award-winning Zero Tolerance 0777 was a very limited-run knife. Yet interest in it is high among blade aficionados. That’s why Zero Tolerance is happy to announce a version of that award-winning knife—one that will be much more generally available. The 0770CF offers the style and performance of the award-winning 0777, but in a slightly smaller, streamlined version.
For ZT performance, the blade is S35VN stainless steel, which provides the ability to take a razor edge, excellent edge retention, strength, and toughness. A stonewashed finish on the blade hides hard-use scratches and makes maintenance easier. The sweeping lines of the original 0777 are preserved in the lightweight carbon-fiber handle that fits securely in the hand. An inset liner lock in titanium secures the blade without adding unnecessary weight.
The 0770CF opens quickly and easily thanks to SpeedSafe assisted opening and the built-in flipper. For a final touch of class, ZT adds a handsome oversized pivot.
Please note: this model was first made with ELMAX blade steel; you may still find some of these blades in the marketplace. All current production is shipping with S35VN.

This sophisticated ZT is a smaller option in the ZT family, yet offers a robust combination of durable, premium-quality materials. The blade steel is Magnacut for exceptional toughness, wear resistance, and edge retention. The Magnacut blade is Stonewashed. The front handle scale is blue carbon fiber, balancing the knife’s solid construction with lightweight convenience.

Zero Tolerance and Belarusian custom knifemaker Dmitry Sinkevich have teamed up to produce the 0456. The 0456 offers the premium cutting power for which ZT is well known in a knife with standout looks that are just waiting to be shown off.
Based on Dimitry’s popular custom knife, The Pole, the 0456 features the 3D rayed handle contours and custom blade shape that defined the original design. The high-quality CPM-20CV blade steel is wear and corrosion resistant and takes an exceptional edge. The blade’s premium quality is matched only by its good looks—with an appealing two-tone finish that’s stonewashed on the flats and satin on the grinds. The 0456 opens with ZT’s KVT ball-bearing system for a quick, easy blade release. A titanium frame lock, with a hardened steel lockbar insert, firmly secures the blade open during use.

Zero Tolerance Knives
The 0460 is one of ZT’s most popular knives. Originally, it featured a carbon fiber front scale and titanium back. But this 0460TI is all titanium.
Designed by Dmitry Sinkevich, the 0460TI is based on his Polychotky Jr. Like the original, it has a pronounced ergonomic handle curve that fits neatly into the hollow of the hand. Partial 3D machining on the handle adds dimensionality and enhances grip.
The blade steel is CPM-20CV for toughness and resistance to edge chipping with no loss of wear resistance. Rich in niobium, vanadium, and chromium carbides, it enables a sharp, long-lasting edge. For sharp looks, ZT gives the blade a two-tone finish: stonewashed on the flats and machine satin on the grinds.
The knife opens with ZT’s KVT ball-bearing opening and a flipper. A titanium frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert secures the blade safely open during use. A matte black anodized aluminum backspacer adds a handsome decorative touch. And finally, the black backspacer is complemented by black hardware and a reversible, black pocket clip.

The original Zero Tolerance 0454 was an award-winning collaboration between ZT and custom knife designer Dmitry Sinkevich.

The 0640WBW is a robust ZT/Ernest Emerson collaboration that provides both utterly practical design and boldly eye-catching style.
The first thing you’ll notice is the handle. The black stonewashed titanium handle features a black and white carbon fiber composite overlay on both sides. In addition to the engaging overlay, the handle also features ridged machining at the top of the handle that follows the handle’s angular contours, front and back. A sturdy frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert provides a secure lockup. Jimping at top and bottom of the handle enhances grip.
This handsome handle is paired with a 3.75″ clip-point blade of CPM-20CV high-chromium stainless steel. This powdered metallurgy tool steel has a high volume of vanadium carbides for exceptional wear resistance – and a truly long-lasting edge. The highest level of chromium of any high-vanadium steel gives 20CV excellent corrosion resistance as well. The blade has a black stonewashed finish that helps resist normal wear and tear while using the knife.
The 0640WBW is a fully manual knife that opens one-handed with the Emerson thumb disk. A reversible pocket clip makes it easy to carry with you, too. EDC, at work, or outdoors, the 0640 can handle it all.

Though it pays homage to the original ZT-9 with a steel guard, this full-tang beast is not a bayonet. Instead, this versatile ZT fits snugly in a durable Kydex sheath for travel. Named after its 6-inch blade, the 0006BLK uses CPM-3V, a tough tool steel that resists edge chipping during the hardest work tasks. While this non-stainless steel wasn’t designed for corrosion resistance, ZT added a clear Cerakote coating for greater durability. It’s a thick blade at 3/16 inches, but still plenty functional. The rounded profile fills the hand without being too big, and the black G10 handle offers a comfortable grip. Choke up on the aggressive jimping with or without gloves for greater control. When ZT makes a fixed blade, there’s nothing else like it. The 0006BLK is no exception.

The popular 0562 from Zero Tolerance and Rick Hinderer just got fitted with a titanium handle.
In addition to the titanium handle, the 0562MIC offers a premium CPM-Magnacut steel blade with Rick’s exclusive Hinderer “slicer” grind. This blade grind gives you both slicing efficiency and a tough point. The Magnacut powdered steel blade provides high wear resistance and corrosion resistance—enabling a hair-popping edge that lasts for a long time, even under hard use. For good looks, ZT gives the blade a stonewashed finish on the flats and a machine satin finish on the grinds.
The knife opens with a flipper and moves out of the handle on ZT’s smooth KVT ball-bearing opening system. KVT’s “caged” ball bearings surround the pivot and make opening the knife nearly frictionless; just pull back on the flipper and add a roll of the wrist and the 0562MIC is ready for action. For secure lock up during use, ZT uses a frame lock with hardened steel lockbar inserts and lockbar stabilization so the lock won’t overextend. Machined pockets on the inside of the front handle scale relieve weight and make the big 0526MIC easy to carry.
The unique pocket clip, which attaches to the inside of the handle rather than the outside, is reversible (left/right) and enables extra-deep carry in the pocket. ZT uses matte black hardware to accent the steel-and-titanium look, which makes the 0562MIC exceptionally handsome.

This super-sized version of the Zero Tolerance 0460, designed by Dmitry Sinkevich, features a larger, 3.75-inch upswept blade of CPM 20CV. CPM 20CV delivers superior hardness and corrosion resistance, along with toughness, wear resistance, and excellent edge retention.
The new ZT 0462 also features a colored carbon fiber front scale with a deep-red weave of color. The back is titanium with an attractive stonewashed finish. Zero Tolerance Knives
Based on the award-winning 0999, the 0990 streamlines this legendary design. Despite its skeletonized structure, this ZT is reliably strong thanks to its steel construction. Other elements pay homage to the original 0999, including an exposed “floating bridge” near the top of the handle, carbon fiber scales with a front steel overlay, and cutout windows in the blade and near the pivot. Instead of a ZT logo on the blade itself, the words “Zero Tolerance” are subtly debossed into the backspacer. The CPM-20CV blade offers excellent edge retention and opens reliably with KVT ball bearings. Once unobtainable for most, the 0990 offers the best way to bring the legend home.
