    Kershaw Knives

    Designed by Belarussian custom knifemaker Dmitry Sinkevich, the Kershaw Pub looks like nothing you’ve ever seen.

    Closed, you’d never know there was a handy blade inside—although you would definitely see the equally handy bottle opener. And if you were exceptionally sharp-eyed, you might notice the slotted screwdriver tip right next to the bottle opener.

    To reveal the blade, just push down on what looks like the key ring attachment. You’ll see the blade move out of the compact handle. Keep pushing and the blade will swing all the way out, ready for use. The blade is a modified sheepsfoot with a straight edge and clipped rather than rounded tip.

    The handle has an anodized aluminum front scale in bright blue and a steel back. When open, the handle is large enough for a comfortable grip on this slip-joint-style knife. When closed, the Pub is less than 3 inches long, but with a one-inch key chain attachment, making it easy to slip onto even a crowded key ring. Strong detent keeps the Pub closed until you open it.

    A very rare Special Hand Engraved Puma 1974 Luger Pistol Commemorative Knife with Stag Handle made to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the German Luger pistol.   A nice commemorative knife for the collector produced by Puma for the A. G. Russell Collector Club. Pre-owned. Mint condition in the original Green Plastic Box .

    Stamped on one side of the blade: AG RUSSELL ARK.72764
    Stamped on the other side of the blade : PUMA GERMANY STAINLESS.

    Bolsters made with Nickel Silver and Liners made with Brass.

    Puma made 3,600 knives: 2,100 with a detailed image of the Luger Pistol on an oval inlay and 1,500 with an inlay of the 9mm Luger Cartridge.

    The blade front is etched in gold – 1900-1974 Luger Pistole 08.

    In 1973 the German Baron whose family had owned the Puma Cutlery Company for over 100 years decided to make this commemorative knife. They made 3,600 knives: 2,100 with a detailed image of the Luger Pistol on an oval inlay and 1,500 with an inlay of the 9mm Luger Cartridge. The blade of the same non-stainless steel that made PUMA of the 1970s the envy of the knife world.

Many think smaller versions of the same model are simply shrunk down. Not so. For every design to reach its utmost level of ergonomic comfort and maximum performance we often take features and engineer/rework them into a more diminutive pattern. An example is our 79mm version of the Rescue Model.

    A smaller equivalent of the C14 93mm Rescue, it too has a flat saber-ground, SpyderEdge, VG-10 blade that ends in a sheepfoot safety tip. For smoother thumb rotation we enlarged the Spyderco Trademark Round Hole, which in turn creates a prominent hump to position the thumb on while cutting. The FRN waffle textured handle is available in indigo blue, black and safety orange with an ambidextrous, tip-up pocket clip.
