  • Manix 2 Lightweight Folding Knife 3.37″ CPM-SPY27 Satin Plain Blade, Cobalt Blue FRCP Handle, Ball Bearing Lock C101PCBL2

    $245.00
    Spyderco Knives

Spyderco has long been an industry leader in the use of exotic, high-performance blade steels. After years of using the best materials the world’s leading steel manufacturers could provide, we decided it was time to create our own.

In close cooperation with Crucible® Industries, we have developed CPM SPY27, a particle metallurgy stainless steel containing a proprietary mix of alloys, including vanadium, molybdenum, niobium, nitrogen, and cobalt. This remarkable composition, enhanced by the amplifying effects of cobalt and the state-of-the-art Crucible Particle Metallurgy process, is produced exclusively for Spyderco.

This elite expression of the Manix 2 Lightweight combines its weight-saving advantages, full-service cutting power, and the strength of the Ball Bearing Lock™ mechanism with the enhanced edge retention and corrosion resistance of CPM SPY27.

  • Manix 2 XL Folding Knife 3.88″ S30V Satin Plain Blade, Black G10 Handle, Ball Bearing Lock C95GP2

    $292.00
    Spyderco Knives

The Manix 2 XL is an oversized version of the Manix 2 with a blade that is just under four-inches. The blade is locked open using Spyderco’s patented Ball Bearing Lock™. The lock is comprised of a free-floating steel ball-bearing encased in a high-tech polymer cage. When opened, the ball bearing moves forward onto the blade’s ramp where it is wedged, locking the blade safely open.

The spherical shape of the ball rotates freely allowing the lock to self-adjust across a large surface, ensuring smooth and confident lock-up every time it is opened. The blade is CPM S30V, ground full-flat and features jimping above the oversized 14mm Spyderco Round Hole.

The liners inside the G-10 handle extend beyond the scales, creating a scalloped pattern around the handle’s perimeter for additional grip. This feature keeps the knife from slipping out in the hand and works well with gloves. The liners serve a double purpose by adding rigidity and lightweight strength to the handle. A three-screw clip can be positioned ambidextrously, tip-up for comfort and pocket carry. The knife also has a large lanyard pipe to protect various types of cords or thongs.

  • Matriarch 2 Lightweight Emerson Opener Folding Knife 3.57″ Black VG10 Serrated Blade with Wave, Black FRN Handle, Lockback C12SBBK2W

    $197.00
    Spyderco

The culmination of years of evolution and refinement, the Spyderco Matriarch 2 with Emerson Opener and Black Blade is one of the most formidable personal-defense tools ever made. It traces its lineage back to the revolutionary Civilian™ folding knife, which was specifically developed as a survival tool for undercover narcotics officers. The Civilian’s distinctive Reverse “S” blade was later integrated with an injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle to create the original Matriarch.

The Matriarch 2 combines an aggressive VG-10 stainless steel Reverse “S” blade with the lightweight handle of Spyderco’s best-selling Endura 4. Ernest Emerson’s patented Emerson Opening feature supercharges the design with an integral hook on the back of the blade that automatically opens it when the knife is drawn from the pocket. Adding a stealthy black titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating to the blade and other metal hardware eliminates reflection and makes this knife ideal for use in high-risk environments where light discipline is a concern.

  • McBee Specialty Folding Utility Pocket Knife with 1.52″ CTS XHP Stainless Steel Blade and Premium Titanium Handle – PlainEdge C236TIP

    $279.00
    Spyderco

Veteran U.S. Marine and an avid outdoorsman Jonathan McNees has a lifetime of experience using knives in the field. When he combined that hard-won insight with his skills as a custom knifemaker, one of the results was his “Killer B” folding knife—an amazingly compact everyday-carry cutting tool and the inspiration for the Spyderco McBee.

Proof positive that function is a matter of design, not size, the McBee features a saber-ground Wharncliffe blade crafted from CTS® XHP stainless steel. Its uniquely scalloped spine creates a profile that offers both scalpel-like precision and impressive cutting power. Despite its diminutive size, it is also capable of true one-hand-opening capability via its Trademark Round Hole™.

The stonewash-finished blade is paired with a handle featuring precision machined solid titanium scales. The obverse (near-side) scale has a series of skeletonizing holes, while the reverse-side scale forms the foundation of the knife’s sturdy Reeve Integral Lock (R.I.L.) mechanism. Both scales have a handsome matte finish and are accented by McNees’ signature stippling on the lock recess and the pivot pin screw heads. A polished stainless steel hourglass clip provides right-side, tip-up carry and is backed by a lined lanyard hole for the easy attachment of lanyards and fobs.

    Spyderco Knives
    Spyderco Knives

A cornerstone model in Spyderco’s Save and Serve line up is the C36 Military Model meeting the requirements of a high-performance, light-weight folder designed for hard use.

Since the steel is the spirit of the knife, CPM S30V seemed the logical choice for the blade given its reputation for long-term edge retention and rust resistance. The ‘Millie’ has a modified clip-point blade laser cut with a 14 mm Spyderco Round Hole for quick deployment and for use with gloves. Texturing above the hole holds the thumb in contact with the blade’s spine during cutting for confident control over the sharpened edge.

The handle scales are camouflage G-10 with the lock’s liner nested directly into the scale, pumping up lock strength without the addition of bulky liners. Spacers between the scales create a gap running the handle’s full length exposing the inside workings for inspection and cleaning. The handle flares slightly at the front end creating a finger choil and at the butt end, which keeps the knife from slipping forward or backward in the hand while sawing or making tough or aggressive cuts. A contoured black metal clip is set for right-hand tip-down carry.

  • MilitaryFolding Knife 4″ S30V Satin Plain Blade, Black G10 Handle, Liner Lock C36GPE

    $289.00
    Spyderco Knives

A cornerstone in Spyderco’s Save and Serve line up, the Military Model came about after someone asked Spyderco’s owner Sal Glesser, “If your son were going into the military what folding knife would you send him with?” For certain, it had to meet the requirements of a high-performance, light-weight folder designed for hard use.

    Spyderco

The Spyderco Paramilitary 2 tactical folding knife has several changes over the classic version.

The G-10 handle is narrowed at the end improving the ergonomics.  The handle and blade have been profiled thinner; removing uncomfortable angles when in the closed position.  It features a Compression Lock and an ambidextrous-friendly four way clip which carries tip-up/tip-down, left/right-hand and rests deeper in a pocket.

They kept the same high-performance CPM-S45VN full flat-ground blade. They’ve also lengthened the blade’s tip and added additional surface jimping to both the spine and finger choil.  Implementation of a new Bushing Pivot System generates fluid action and more consistent manufacturing tolerances.  Larger lanyard gives more options for carry.

Refinements to overall construction may not be drastic or even visible to the eye. But from the G-10 textured handle to the CPM-S45VN steel full flat satin blade, everything is sharper, smoother and guaranteed to provide performance and user comfort.

  • Rescue 79mm Folding Knife 3-1/8″ VG10 Satin Serrated Blade, Orange FRN Handle, Lockback C45SOR

    $123.00
    Spyderco Knives

Reasons we offer smaller knives are numerous but essentially people’s hands come in different sizes and we occasionally find ourselves in social situations that dictate use of a smaller blade. Many think smaller versions of the same model are simply shrunk down. Not so. For every design to reach its utmost level of ergonomic comfort and maximum performance we often take features and engineer/rework them into a more diminutive pattern. An example is our 79mm version of the Rescue Model.

A smaller equivalent of the C14 93mm Rescue, it too has a flat saber-ground, SpyderEdge, VG-10 blade that ends in a sheepfoot safety tip. For smoother thumb rotation we enlarged the Spyderco Trademark Round Hole, which in turn creates a prominent hump to position the thumb on while cutting. The FRN waffle textured handle is available in indigo blue, black and safety orange with an ambidextrous, tip-up pocket clip.

Although it earned an extremely devoted following, in some ways it was outpaced by some of the design improvements that make our Delica 4 design even better.

It combines all the salient features of the best-in-class Delica 4 Lightweight model with the extraordinary corrosion resistance of H-1 steel. These include enhanced ergonomics, a high-traction Bi-Directional Texturing™ pattern on the handle, and a black-coated titanium pocket clip that supports left or right-side, tip-up or tip-down carry. Spyderco’s involvement in kitchen knives dates back to the early 1980’s and the beginnings of the company’s knife production. After being discontinued a number of years ago, they are now back by popular demand and better than ever.

The K08 Santoku has a special place in Spyderco’s history, as we were the first company to introduce a commercial santoku into the U.S. market. This unique Japanese kitchen knife design straddles the line between a traditional Asian cleaver and a Western chef’s knife and performs the tasks of both exceedingly well. Its 6.81-inch blade is made from premium MBS-26 stainless steel blade, ground exceptionally thin and meticulously heat treated for optimal edge retention. The durable black polypropylene plastic handle is injection molded directly onto the tang of the blade and features a distinctive “stepped” texture pattern that provides amazing comfort and control during use.

If you’re a serious chef, you owe it to yourself to give the Santoku a try. Once you do, you’ll wonder how you ever got along without one.
