Made in a dependable 5Cr13MoV stainless steel, the sharp, straight edge blade cuts easily and quickly. The blade locks open with the proven lockback mechanism to prevent accidental closure while in use. It’s all housed in a thick, strong glass-reinforced nylon (GRN) handle that is contoured and textured to enhance grip and comfort. A low-carry pocket clip make it an easy daily carry option. Kershaw Knives
This is one of the original Kershaw Blurs, the Blur that started it all.
This Kershaw Ken Onion Blur, Model 1670BLK, has a black Sandvik 14C28N DLC coated stainless steel 3 3/8 inch blade with a black anodized aluminum handle. The Speed-Safe torsion bar assisted opening allow this knife to be opened with one push. When closed this 4.2 oz. Kershaw knife is 4.5 inches long.
For easy one-handed opening, the Blur is equipped with SpeedSafe assisted opening. A short push on the thumb stud overcomes the resistance built into the torsion bar in the SpeedSafe mechanism. The SpeedSafe takes over and the blade moves out of the handle quickly and easily. One-handed opening is easy with SpeedSafe. The pocket clip is reversible for your choice of tip-up or tip-down carry. There’s even a pre-drilled lanyard hole.
