With its 2.25-inch blade, the Scallion is a smaller knife, perfect for pocket or purse carry. Yet it can handle just about any cutting task you’d ask it to—from breaking down a cardboard box to cutting twine to cutting apple slices for lunch. And to ensure your blade is ready when you need it, the Scallion is equipped with Kershaw’s assisted opening. For safety, it has two locking systems: the liner lock keeps the blade locked open during use and a Tip-Lock slider keeps the blade locked closed when folded.

This is one of the original Kershaw Blurs, the Blur that started it all.
This Kershaw Ken Onion Blur, Model 1670BLK, has a black Sandvik 14C28N DLC coated stainless steel 3 3/8 inch blade with a black anodized aluminum handle. The Speed-Safe torsion bar assisted opening allow this knife to be opened with one push. When closed this 4.2 oz. Kershaw knife is 4.5 inches long.
For easy one-handed opening, the Blur is equipped with SpeedSafe assisted opening. A short push on the thumb stud overcomes the resistance built into the torsion bar in the SpeedSafe mechanism. The SpeedSafe takes over and the blade moves out of the handle quickly and easily. One-handed opening is easy with SpeedSafe. The pocket clip is reversible for your choice of tip-up or tip-down carry. There’s even a pre-drilled lanyard hole.
