Designed by Matthew Lerch, the Follow-Through is a solid and functional EDC folding knife. The 3.75″ blade is made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel with a black stonewashed finish. The handles are made from glass-reinforced nylon with a classic diamond checkered pattern, inspired by the Ruger American Pistol. The pocket clip can be positioned for both right hand and left hand carry.

About the Designer
Trained initially as a jeweler/watchmaker, he progressed into manufacturing and tool making. Now he has a few patents under his belt for innovations, like the Fire Safe, and has been honored with some prestigious awards including the Buster Warenski Award. Matt views knives as functional art, as evidenced in his Moxie and Blade Show Award-winning Endorser design.

The black-and-tan Fraxion is a slim, sleek design that weighs in at a “Fraxion” of the weight of other comparable knives. The lighter weight is thanks to the streamlined design as well as to the light-yet-strong G10 handles with a handsome carbon fiber overlay. An inset liner lock secures the blade open during use while also helping keep down the overall weight and maintaining the handle’s comfortable slimness.
The clip-point blade features a top swedge and a good-looking BlackWash finish. Built of 8CR13MoV stainless steel, the blade offers a sharp, long-lasting edge for day-to-day tasks. The Fraxion is a manual knife, but can be opened quickly, easily, and one-handed with the built-in flipper.

CPM-S30V Stainless Steel

AXIS Lock
A Benchmade original, AXIS has been turning heads and winning fans ever since its introduction. A 100 percent ambidextrous design, AXIS gets its function from a small, hardened steel bar that rides forward and back in a slot machined into both steel liners. The bar extends to both sides of the knife, spans the liners and is positioned over the rear of the blade. It engages a ramped tang portion of the knife blade when it is opened. Two omega style springs, one on each liner, give the locking bar its inertia to engage the knife tang. As a result, the tang is wedged solidly between a sizable stop pin and the AXIS bar itself.

The senior team member, Mel has been grinding sparks, making knives and creating a following for 25-plus years. His style has a class and simplicity all its own. The Pardue collaborations offer great utility to the everyday knife user while at the same time presenting an upscale distinction. Less is definitely more with Mel’s designs.

Kershaw Fraxion 1160. This contemporary and stylish knife has been designed by Danish custom knife and toolmaker, Jens Anso. He has designed the handle to have G-10 scales and carbon fiber overlays. This is a fantastic way to enhance beauty and make this knife lightweight- a fraxion less than most knives this size. The black wash finish on this 2.75 inch blade will help keep everday scratches to a minimum. The steel is made with 8CR13MoV with a black-oxide BlackWash finish. This does open the good old manual style- KVT manual opening- but there is a small flipper on the back as well. The Fraxion will be one knife you can not be without. Pocket clip can be changed from left to right. Even though this knife is a manual folder, it opens just as fast as an assisted opener thanks to the flipper on the back of the handle. In fact one of our staff mistaken this knife for an assisted opener when unpacking it for the first time!
