The Lucha – Trainer features dual KVT ball-bearing pivots for extra-easy operation. The handle has a rounded bevel so it rolls effortlessly in the hand. Even the latch is rounded so it never catches as you flip. The latch also features a positive stop so it never contacts the blade. And as an aesthetic touch, the Lucha – Trainer includes diamond-shaped holes in the blade, mirroring the rest of the design. Whether first-timers feel more comfortable with a trainer, or an expert is practicing a top-tier trick, the Lucha – Trainer is the safest solution.

The handle is built of durable 6061-T6 anodized aluminum, which is sometimes described as “aircraft aluminum” since it is a common material used for aircraft fittings. It’s lightweight, extremely durable, and anodizes well so Kershaw can create colored handles that are scratch resistant and extra tough. Trac-Tec grip-tape inserts provide an extra-secure grip. The Blur’s inset liner lock ensures secure blade lock up during use.
For easy one-handed opening, the Blur is equipped with SpeedSafe® assisted opening. Just push on the built-in Thumb Stud. The reversible pocket clip lets you carry tip-up or tip-down comfortably.
