Cold Steel
The Cold Steel Khan is a lightweight, durable EDC (every day carry) pocket knife. The knife designer is custom knife maker Mike Wallace.
It’s sturdy 3” blade made from expertly heat treated cryo-quenched Japanese AUS 8A steel. It provides an excellent balance between edge-holding and ease of re-sharpening. The Khan’s blade also equipped with the HTR™ (an innovative new thumb opening feature designed by Andrew Demko). This allows for a secure and positive grip on the blade for ambidextrous deployment. And also adds to this tough little knife’s practicality and functionality.
The contrasting grinds of the Khan’s line-grain satin finished American Tanto blade contrast beautifully with its rich blue G-10 handle scales and bead blasted pocket clip, adding good looks and a touch of style to this practical utility knife and tool. CPM-S30V Stainless Steel
A premium steel created especially for knives, it is a powder steel creating uniform carbide distribution and clean steel properties. As a blade material, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and superb edge qualities. This stainless steel is extremely well balanced, making it one of the best all-around choices for daily tasks.
AXIS Lock
A Benchmade original, AXIS has been turning heads and winning fans ever since its introduction. A 100 percent ambidextrous design, AXIS gets its function from a small, hardened steel bar that rides forward and back in a slot machined into both steel liners. The bar extends to both sides of the knife, spans the liners and is positioned over the rear of the blade. It engages a ramped tang portion of the knife blade when it is opened. Two omega style springs, one on each liner, give the locking bar its inertia to engage the knife tang. As a result, the tang is wedged solidly between a sizable stop pin and the AXIS bar itself.
Designer: Mel Pardue
The senior team member, Mel has been grinding sparks, making knives and creating a following for 25-plus years. His style has a class and simplicity all its own. The Pardue collaborations offer great utility to the everyday knife user while at the same time presenting an upscale distinction. Less is definitely more with Mel’s designs.

Kershaw Knives
This is one of the original Kershaw Blurs, the Blur that started it all.
Like all Blurs, it’s equipped with a big, slightly recurved blade that’s ideal for multitasking. The blade shape offers both excellent slicing and piercing capabilities and the high-performance Sandvik 14C28N stainless blade steel offers corrosion resistance and hardness. The black Blur has a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coated blade for extra corrosion resistance and enhanced looks.
This black Blur has, as you might expect, black handles with Trac-Tec grip-tape handle inserts for an extremely solid grip. The handle itself is durable 6061-T6 anodized aluminum, sometimes described as “aircraft aluminum” since it is a common material used for aircraft fittings. But the main point is that it’s lightweight, extremely durable, scratch resistant and extra tough.
For easy one-handed opening, the Blur is equipped with SpeedSafe assisted opening. A short push on the thumb stud overcomes the resistance built into the torsion bar in the SpeedSafe mechanism. The SpeedSafe takes over and the blade moves out of the handle quickly and easily. One-handed opening is easy with SpeedSafe. The pocket clip is reversible for your choice of tip-up or tip-down carry. There’s even a pre-drilled lanyard hole.
