From skinning to demisting, Katz blades are designed to fit perfectly in the hand and give you complete control.
These fixed blades feature removable/interchangeable handle scales. Made in Japan for Katz of Arizona XT-80 stainless steel. XT-80 tests at 58-59 on the Rockwell C scale. The spine is notched and upswept toward the tip, resulting in a strong point. With the resilience of this excellent stainless steel, it holds and retains an edge to the high standard for which Katz is known for.
This Kagemusha has contoured Kraton handle scales and comes with a premium leather sheath.
