The Victorinox Vx Grip Series features a unique handle design to help eliminate hand fatigue. Victorinox Swiss Army worked closely with a well-known meat packing company to create this revolutionary handle. The textured grip is ergonomically designed for easy cutting and improved control. The grip also allows for multiple grips, even when choking down on the blade. Fibrox is a non-slip material that can be easily hand washed or put in a dishwasher. Boning knives are sharp and agile knives, meant to cut straight to the bone. Victorinox kitchen knives have a great variety, from paring knives to cleavers, that are affordable and made with Swiss Army’s renowned quality.

A stiff boning knife is good for boning beef and pork, but a very flexible boning knife is preferred for poultry and fish. These HACCP knives are color coded for the following HACCP recognized uses:

– Red Knife = Meat.
– Blue Knife = Fish.
– Green Knife = Produce.
– White Knife = Dairy/Cheese.
– Yellow Knife = Poultry.
