The conically tapered shaft of the individual bristle permits particularly large amounts of shaving cream to be absorbed and fed to the tips. Yet another hallmark of quality is the so-called “mirror” – a black belt that runs through the predominantly silver sheen of the bristle. The grip is made from precious resin. Kershaw Blur is a well known classic due to distinctive characteristics and qualities that we have all come to love. Now we can also get it with camouflaged handle. The Blur is proudly Made in the USA.
Like all Blurs, the 1670CAMO is equipped with a big, slightly recurved blade that’s ideal for multitasking. The blade shape offers both excellent slicing and piercing capabilities. The blade is made of Sandvik 14C28N stainless blade with DLC -Diamond-Like Carbon coating. Both the steel and coating help to prevent corrosion of the blade.
The handle is light weight and durable, made with 6061-T6 anodized aluminum and Trac-Tec grip-tape inserts to help secure your grip. Double studs to help open the blade. Black pocket clip can be changed from tip up to tip down. Lanyard hole on the end. There are variations to the color of the camouflages and this is done by the manufacturer- there is no choice in what is in the boxes. Some are darker green and some are more olive and some are more lighter green. Please appreciate the differences in the model that you receive, it is unique to each one made.

Now there’s no need to even think about wrenching on something with your blade. Finally, you’ve got the right tool for the job—an actual prybar built into the back of the knife.
That said, the Barge’s other end is pretty handy, too. The shorter blade is a Sheepsfoot with a fairly straight edge, which is a great shape for a general utility knife. That edge is extra handy for when you might need to bear down on something you’re cutting. The stonewashed finish hides scratches easily.
The handle has a faux G-10 textured front scale for grip and a stonewashed steel back with sturdy frame lock. The pocket clip is designed for tip-down carry and is left/right reversible.
