$359.00The Zero Tolerance 0022 is the smallest pocket knife ever produced by Zero Tolerance.
With a blade length of only 4.9 cm this knife can legally be carried almost anywhere. Because of its small size you might almost think that this isn’t really a ‘real’ knife. Nothing could be further from the truth: You have a good ‘two finger grip’, and the finish and materials are absolutely amazing.
Designed by Tim Galyean and precision built by Zero Tolerance, the 0022 practically disappears in your pocket—until it’s needed. Of course, the 0022 is adept at a full range of cutting tasks around home and office. Yet we’re sure that some of you will also find it a useful accompaniment to deep thought, flipping it open and closed, again and again.
For eye-catching looks, ZT added a decorative pivot with a blue-anodized pivot ring and matching tube spacers, which make an attractive contrast with the dark carbon fiber. ZT’s smooth KVT ball-bearing opening makes it quick, easy—and somewhat addictive—to open and close the 0022. The popular 0562 from Zero Tolerance and Rick Hinderer just got fitted with a titanium handle.
In addition to the titanium handle, the 0562TI offers a premium CPM-20CV steel blade with Rick’s exclusive Hinderer “slicer” grind. This blade grind gives you both slicing efficiency and a tough point. The 20CV powdered steel blade provides high wear resistance and corrosion resistance—enabling a hair-popping edge that lasts for a long time, even under hard use. For good looks, ZT gives the blade a stonewashed finish on the flats and a machine satin finish on the grinds.
The knife opens with a flipper and moves out of the handle on ZT’s smooth KVT ball-bearing opening system. KVT’s “caged” ball bearings surround the pivot and make opening the knife nearly frictionless; just pull back on the flipper and add a roll of the wrist and the 0562TI is ready for action. For secure lock up during use, ZT uses a frame lock with hardened steel lockbar inserts and lockbar stabilization so the lock won’t overextend. Machined pockets on the inside of the front handle scale relieve weight and make the big 0526TI easy to carry.
The unique pocket clip, which attaches to the inside of the handle rather than the outside, is reversible (left/right) and enables extra-deep carry in the pocket. ZT uses matte black hardware to accent the steel-and-titanium look, which makes the 0562TI exceptionally handsome.

A 3.25-inch drop point blade gives users plenty of edge for cutting tasks. High-end CPM-20CV blade steel provides reliable edge retention and corrosion resistance. Scratches blend in with the blade’s BlackWash finish. Black G10 is machined on both the front and back of the handle.
The 0357BW is an assisted knife, featuring ZT’s SpeedSafe system. Simply pull back on the flipper to easily open the knife every time. The blade locks into place with a rock-solid liner lock. A reversible deep-carry pocket clip allows for ambidextrous carry in the tip-up position. Based on the award-winning 0999, the 0990 streamlines this legendary design. Despite its skeletonized structure, this ZT is reliably strong thanks to its steel construction. Other elements pay homage to the original 0999, including an exposed “floating bridge” near the top of the handle, carbon fiber scales with a front steel overlay, and cutout windows in the blade and near the pivot. Instead of a ZT logo on the blade itself, the words “Zero Tolerance” are subtly debossed into the backspacer. The CPM-20CV blade offers excellent edge retention and opens reliably with KVT ball bearings. Once unobtainable for most, the 0990 offers the best way to bring the legend home.
